Through a bit of trial and error, I developed a plan that is doable (for both my family and me). I will show you how to carry out a plan in nutrition and exercise that checks all the boxes. It's long-lasting, effective, and will become second nature.
For years I jumped from program to program, even as a fitness pro. I was lost on what "healthy" really was. I thought that I had to go for low calories and live off of protein shakes to get success. All I wanted was to feel good in my skin.
I was sick of spending money on this junk. The truth is that it resulted in my eating chips and salsa and feeling like a failure. Every. Single. Time.
I didn’t want to give up eating cake at my kids’ parties or Spicy Ritas at girls night. I wanted to be the mom whose kids had healthy views on food. Ones that were so ingrained in them that they would pass it on to their own children one day.
This fueled my fire to find a sustainable way of eating, moving, and living. I thought of it as the path of enjoying. The kind that wouldn't let me fall behind on the results that I so wanted to see in my own body.

When I started out, I swore to a million diets, toyed with gluten-free, and starved myself with a "master cleanse." I did 2 workouts a day and stressed out my body.
I was so tired of feeling like I had failed. Time and again. It’s like Einstein said about insanity: “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.”
But I decided that I was more high-achieving than insane. My guess is that you are exactly the same way.
So, I created the 3M method. It breaks down the "how to" to make it easier to understand, do, and make last.
