This program was designed for real woman, real mommas, the kind who are busy all day (and night), have little kids to nurture and carpool, and try very hard to ensure that their family eats something other than Chick Fil A every night of the week!

Trying all the things while you do really "well" for a few weeks and then bam life hits you hard with baseball schedules, school pick ups, and the house to do list. Then you realized that your body becomes the last on that list and you are struggling to get motivated again for yourself. 

You have jumped from workout program to program, or maybe even found a few things that you enjoyed... but never really seeing the results you are wanting. Don't get me started on the diets you have implemented to only start back where you were.

Then there is google and youtube that have all these amazing things for you to read complete, and follow along with, but you are left with an overwhelming amount of information leaving you to do nothing.

This program is a application based only program. Submitting a form below so our team can review your current goals and history.

We will set up a series of 2 calls to make sure we are a good fit for each other, go over the goals you have for yourself. If we feel you are a perfect fit we will extend an invitation to the our program.

What is this program really?
This is a coaching program that gives you the tools and strategy to create the habits and routines needed to create a sustainable lifestyle of health and fitness. You will learn how to love your body through the journey, how to fuel your body with foods, and move your body for life. You will have weekly action steps and be coached through the ups and downs of the fitness journey. 

Walking you through macro focused eating, full body workouts for at home, and a community to support you through the ups and downs and celebrate you!

Good for you. I am glad that you are here and ready to make some changes. This workout program is designed for everyone to complete. If you feel the workouts are to intense, or you need modifications that are not specified, you can always reach out via our in app messaging and we will get back to you with options. These workouts are designed for you to go at your own pace as well. Each workout will have expectations written, but if you are needing to take it to a different level you can. 

Of course you can do the program. I will say that most people's success and results come from making changes in their eating habits and following a program to make sure their body is going to see the results you are wanting. If you already have a plan that you are working on, or that works for you. Then yes, of course we would still love to welcome you into the program. 

Each workout will be 45 - 60 minutes, depending on fitness level. These could take longer if you are a beginner, and they could be faster if you are more advance. The general programing should allow you to complete them in that time frame. If you have questions on how to edit the workouts during your Program you can reach out with questions in our app messenger. 

Each phase of the program is application based. If we feel you are ready to move to the next program we will discuss what that looks like. Some clients will be ready to move on, some clients will need to stay in the 1st program to develop the foundation of routines.
