We focus on progressive, sustainable workouts that build strength and confidence. Starting where you are, we'll create a custom plan that fits your schedule - typically 3-4 workouts per week, 30-45 minutes each. All workouts can be done at home with minimal equipment or adapted for the gym.
The program is 100% online, designed to fit your busy life. You'll get custom workouts, nutrition guidance, and coaching support through our app and virtual platform, plus access to our private community of like-minded women.
Instead of rigid meal plans, you'll receive sample meals, recipes, and in-app nutrition support that evolves with your progress. We teach you how to make choices that work for your lifestyle rather than following restrictive plans.
Our nutrition approach is progressive. We start with building healthy habits, then gradually introduce awareness tools. Some phases include tracking for learning purposes, but our goal is teaching you sustainable habits, not creating dependency on tracking.
