Look, I know I am some stranger on the internet and you are thinking "why listen to her". So, I am going to lay it out for you. I used to live life on a Route 44 sweet tea and a pack of motz sticks and ranch from Sonic. Then I got pregnant with my oldest daughter and I knew that the habits and mindset I had around my body image and food was not what I wanted to teach her.
I went years buying all the shake programs, doing high intensity workouts, and even running marathons because I thought it would make me "skinny". Which was years of trying to figure things out.

I have a question...
At Chaselynn Fitness we program for LIFE. We want you to move well in your home, at work, and with your kids. Our programs are designed for muscle gain, functional movement, and over all daily movement patterns.
These workouts in this program progress over the 3 weeks with reps, sets, and type of movements. Giving you effective and progressive strategy for optimal results.
Workouts are less than 30 min.
We understand the daunting feeling of putting food in an app, we also know the other side of this is learning where you are starting and knowing that tracking your food is a tool for short term success.
In the Chaselynn Fitness programs, it is our goal to get you to a place of not tracking and living a sustainable life, however there are times when you need to understand where you are at in your current habits to get the results you want.
This is totally optional for you, however the clients that follow our methods have the best results.
That's up to you. If you know mommy hood is in your future we would love to have you. However this program goes into detail and trainings on motherhood, mindset, and giving you tools to implement as a mom with similar struggles.
We have moms that have had their first baby a few months ago to moms who's kids are off in college. Different stages of life, but very common internal needs.
Jumpstart is designed in a holistic approach, this allows every client to show up at their own level. All our workouts have movements shown with beginner, intermediate, and advanced options. Allowing each client to perform these workouts at their own level.
Our nutrition level is also a meet you where you are at process. Giving you the tools for a beginner as well as someone with more advanced strategies in tracking and eating who has just "fallen off the wagon".
We understand that everyones eating, and food needs are unique, just like God designed us. In the Chaselynn Fitness Programs we teach from a holistic approach which allows the clients to do what is best from their own needs.
If you have certain foods that you need to watch out for totally fine. We do not tell you to eat certain foods, cut out certain foods, or tell you to eat only what we say.
This program teaches you to look at food in WHOLE balance allowing you to watch for you own unique needs.
The workouts in this program are designed for at home workouts for a busy mom. We do not program for machine based movements. The workouts in Jumpstart are programmed for at home, for busy moms who need minimal time to move, but effective.
If you wish to do these at a gym with machines or heavier weight feel free. You can still follow the program and allowing your body and your needs to be met.
We understand that you might want and need more accountability in your program as you go through this process. We do offer 1/1 coaching as an option.

The workouts are programed with 2 types of fitness bands, however they can be replaced with dumbbells or barbell.
Best practices for tracking your macros is having a food scale to weigh your food, however if you are new to this process starting to track might be your first step.
