I have learned so much over the past three months in regards to creating a lifestyle that is sustainable and not just a “diet” to lose a couple pounds here and there. That kind of cycle is mentally exhausting. My mindset is shifting to a place I really feel good about. I am creating healthy habits that will help me as I age to remain healthy.
