Hello World, welcome to The Fit Mom Daily.

January 4, 2023

Hey there! My name is Chase Williams and I’m so excited to be sharing my journey with you as a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and mom. I’ve been helping people live their best lives through fitness and nutrition for over 25 years, and I absolutely love it. From teaching gymnastics classes as a junior in high school and running an all-star cheer program in my early 20s to leading adult group fitness classes, I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages and abilities. And in the fall of 2020, I took the leap and launched my own company, Chaselynn Fitness, to inspire even more woman to reach their health and wellness goals.

I’m so excited to have you here and to share my journey with you. As a mom of three girls, I know how challenging it can be to balance everything and take care of ourselves while also taking care of our families. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping other women create a household of health – not just physically, but also mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

I hope that by sharing my own experiences and what has worked for me, I can inspire and motivate other women to create their own household of health.

Why I started Blogging

I had the idea of starting a blog for over 10 years. It originally started when myspace was around and we were all changing our background images, dabbling in code, and writing our daily posts. Who can relate here? Why I waited so long, well it never felt like the right time. I didn’t feel a real direction for the purpose. I always wanted to share my experiences my journey, and really have a place for people to come and feel connected to someone… like them! I believe that by supporting each other, we can create a ripple effect of health and wellness that extends beyond just ourselves and our families. As women and mothers, we have the power to create a household of health and to set an example for the next generation (and generations to come). And by working together, I believe we can make meaningful, long-lasting changes in how we view health, fitness, and wellness. So whether you’re looking to get in shape, improve your nutrition, or just live your best life, I hope you’ll join me on this journey and let’s inspire each other to make a positive impact on the world around us.

What can you expect

I’ll be sharing about my walk with Jesus, the ups and downs of raising a family, and how to keep our own health a top priority while still being able to care for our loved ones. I’ll also be sharing practical tips and resources that have helped me along the way, such as workout routines, healthy recipes, and ways to create a healthy and supportive home environment. I’ll be sharing tips and tricks for creating a household of health and leading your family towards wellness in all areas of life – emotional, spiritual, and physical. I’ll also be posting twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays, so be sure to stop by and see what’s new. This blog is written for high-achieving millennial moms who want to live a fit, healthy lifestyle and inspire their families to do the same. However, if you are new to motherhood, new to fitness, or new to your walk with Jesus I hope you find some value you here and I am excited to connect with you.

What’s the goal here

My goal with this blog is to inspire and empower women to live their best lives through faith, fitness, and motherhood. I want you to know you’re not alone in your journey and provide value through my own experiences and insights. But more than that, I want to create a ripple effect of health and wellness that extends beyond just ourselves and our families. By working together, I believe we can make meaningful, long-lasting changes in how we view health, fitness, and wellness and inspire the next generation to do the same.

Thank you for joining me on this journey and I hope you’ll continue to follow along as I share more about my faith, motherhood, and fitness journey. Let’s support and uplift each other as we strive to be the best versions of ourselves and make an impact on the world around us! Tell me what are you looking forward to learning, hearing, or what areas do you want to be inspired?

xo, Chaselynn!
