My Life after a 30-Day Social Media Detox

Hi friends!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by social media? Do you find yourself constantly comparing your life to others and feeling drained? It might be time for a change! Recently, I took a 30-day break from social media, and I want to share how this experience really challenged me and opened my eyes.
