Here are some actionable steps to help you create nutritious lunches and foster a household of health:

  1. Plan and Prep Ahead: Take time to prepare meals in advance. This prevents last-minute decisions like grabbing a bag of chips. Opt for fresh fruits like bananas or cuties, which are just as convenient and healthier.
